Bureau Zuidema – the influence company – is a Dutch consultancy and training organisation with a European orientation. We develop talents of people to help organisations grow. Bureau Zuidema has unique expertise in the field of influence which forms the basis of our daily work. Bureau Zuidema focuses on sustainable development of knowledge and expertise. Influencing growth and development
Influencing basically always plays a role in our behaviour. The main question being ‘How do I win people over?’ ‘How do I get the results I want to achieve?’. Based on our expertise in the field of influencing and being influenced, we offer an extensive supply of trainings open to subscribtion on personal effectiveness, leadership and employees’ participation. Moreover we support organizations to customize the answer to their learning demand by going on a search together for original end refreshing ways to develop individuals and organizations
Bureau Zuidema focuses on collaboration and development within its own organization, but also with our freelance partners, clients, other agency’s collegues, business schools and universities. In collaborating and developing we work from our perspective of bewilderment, of the need to have a question or demand and of curiosity. Not showing how much you know but wanting to discover.
Influencing through quality and effect
We attach great importance to the quality of our services and the lasting effect they have on individuals and organizations. The feedback we get is essential input to us. Besides our customer satisfaction research we evaluate our services per training. Only this way are we able to look at ourselves objectively and further increase the effects of our trainings.

About us
Bureau Zuidema employs 60 professionals, of which 40 are trainers. We also work with a limited base of freelance trainers and consultants. Our main office is in Leusden, but we also operate from our location in Rotterdam.
