The influence company

We have unique expertise in the field of positive power and influence. Becoming more effective usually means exerting influence in a more effective way. We get questions like ‘How can I inspire others?’ ‘How do I realise the result I want to achieve?’ What helped us answering those questions was the Influence model® developed by Bureau Zuidema. We have successfully been using this model for years. It teaches you how to control conversations and situations by consciously using the different styles of influence. The aim is to achieve an optimal result and at the same time maintain a good relationship. Our starting point is the talent of people. It is our goal to help you to optimise your strengths and how to improve your weaknesses.

Our solutions are based on proven knowledge and many years of experience. We are constantly looking for (new) learning methods that meet the requirements of the participants and the organisation as good as possible. We are using both formal forms of learning (trainings, workshops, individual coaching) and more informal forms of learning (like exchange of knowledge of experts and learning from feedback). Naturally we also keep our own knowledge up-to-date.
