Our vision on leadership

Leadership contains several confusing paradoxes. A manager has to meet his targets and at the same time, look after his employees, constantly adapt to a changing environment, maintain the overview, work together and compete.

Effective leaders try to find out what expectations they have to meet and then try to combine those apparent contradictions. Leaders deal with more things than only the result. They also focus on the effect and on the added value of the result for all stakeholders. Leadership means preparing the success of others and being fanatically driven to realise sustainable results.

Leaders influence their team by working together and stimulating innovative thinking. Leaders observe the organisation from an outside point of view and at the same time they are part of the same organisation. Leadership is about consistent and congruent actions.
