Our vision on learning and development
To learn means to be constantly looking around, being astonished by what you see and asking yourself what you can learn of it.
Learning is an enduring process in which every learning experience arouses another one. In this process you will always learn in relation to somebody else and the other one will learn in relation to you. Of course you can learn individually on the level of knowledge and skills, but sustainable learning can only take place when you and the other one learns. Learning is warming up your body and mind. You will not warm up by learning itself, but by the effect of it.
From this point of view Bureau Zuidema is constantly looking on the ways of how learning and development can contribute to the development of an organisation. Important for us are the outcomes of a training program, creativity as well as innovation. Furthermore we like to work with new surprising methods of formal and informal learning.
