Participation through Works Councils
Employees who are truly involved with their organization are fundamental for successful organizations. When employees are able to think along, speak out and participate in the organization, talents will develop and organizations will grow. Using this vision as a starting point Bureau Zuidema wants to stimulate employee’s co-determination. By means of training, coaching and consulting we develop Works Councils into professional counseling teams with added value to the organization. In this process we aim to adjust to organization targets and levels of competence of the Works Council.
